You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team culture that values integrity, growth, and delivering with purpose. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial functions across a diverse project portfolio.

The role offers the chance to oversee contracts, procurement, financial management, and risk, while working closely with design, construction, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial functions across multiple construction and fit-out projects
• Oversee contracts, procurement, risk management, and financial reporting
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve strong commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, delivery, and budget
• Provide commercial insights to support decision-making and business strategy
• Mentor and guide junior commercial and contracts staff
• Contribute positively to a high-performing, people-first culture
  
  

About You:

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Project Engineering), or similar
• 8–10+ years' experience in commercial management within construction or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and project financials
• Excellent negotiation, client liaison, and communication skills
• Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on detail
• Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially astute, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes
• Passionate about building environments that serve people and communities
