Program Manager - Digital Transformation

This role oversees a complex multi-year program of work including Salesforce CRM integration, digital transformation projects, and operational improvements.

The Program Manager ensures projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution.

They will leverage PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a multi-year transformation program, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives
  • Manage program-level dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs
  • Proven ability to oversee complex multi project portfolios in fast paced, evolving and complex environments
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies to manage complex projects
  • Hands on experience in planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required standards
  • Proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment and resource allocation at a program level
