Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at GOW Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their financial planning needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior advisors in providing financial advice to clients, including retirement planning, investments, superannuation, and estate planning.
  • Implement and monitor client strategies, ensuring advice is actioned in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings, take file notes, and prepare review packs.
  • Respond to client queries via email and telephone.
  • Update client information in our CRM database.
  • Generate Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Reports of Advice (RoAs) in accordance with client objectives.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and project manage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop knowledge.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Qualification in Financial Planning or related areas is desirable.

Requirements:

  • RG146 compliant or studying is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
