  • Manage employee mobilisation across all aspects, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.
  • Coordinate client site access processes to mobilise candidates efficiently.
  • Arrange required training for new starters.
  • Coordinate ad hoc travel for corporate personnel as needed.
  • Review and administer incoming recruitment documentation, cross-checking for compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in site mobilisation managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Construction / Mining industry experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to various software packages such as Pronto, INX, ERMS.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
