Job Overview:

As a senior human resources professional, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the HR information system (HRIS) to support our organization's broader business goals. This is a critical role that requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of core human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-impact projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Optimize SAP SuccessFactors across all human resources modules to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and refine system configurations to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate and manage comprehensive system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, providing expert support to end-users.
Requirements:
  • Advanced qualifications in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
