APS5 Training Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated APS5 Training Coordinator to support our Federal Government client in Geelong. This is a 12-month temporary assignment with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training delivery logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communication.
  • Support the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring they are culturally safe and inclusive.
  • Assist in developing and refining training materials, such as participant guides and digital content.
  • Collaborate with First Nations stakeholders to ensure training reflects cultural knowledge and community perspectives.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain training records and contribute to reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cultural safety and First Nations perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and inclusive training practices.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and culturally responsive service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in education, training, or human resources.
  • Experience working in or with First Nations communities.
