Training Program Manager

The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering training programs and events, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning and execution of training sessions, conferences, and workshops.
- Liaise with trainers, presenters, and venue managers to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance engagement and attendance at events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster new relationships to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and resources within the organization's information management systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and streamline administrative processes.
- Tertiary qualification related to Education, Business, or Natural Resources Management.
- Experience in training coordination and/or event management.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in using software applications including Zoom, Survey Monkey, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
