About This Role
This individual is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth, ensuring new customers get maximum value from our platform and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers providing proactive guidance and support to ensure their success
- Become a product expert using this knowledge to guide customers towards their desired outcomes
- Develop best practices for customer growth and renewal ensuring ongoing customer success and driving customer growth and retention
- Collaborate with sales colleagues on creating accounts' plans and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs
- Be the voice of the customer back into our organization providing valuable insights to inform product development and improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success or other B2B customer-facing roles working with Enterprise customers
- Consistent track record of handling portfolios of 30-50 Enterprise accounts
- Ability to recognize and maximize business value as well as internal opportunities
- Strategic prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously
- Experience or high curiosity about the SaaS space strong verbal and written communication skills excellent listening skills and customer-centric mentality
- Quick learner with ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
- Willing and able to travel abroad regularly

A Day in the Life
This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction and growth at our company. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You will also identify opportunities to increase productivity and results.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Customer Success or other B2B customer-facing roles working with Enterprise customers. They will have a consistent track record of handling portfolios of 30-50 Enterprise accounts and be able to recognize and maximize business value as well as internal opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a quick learner and able to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment then we would love to hear from you.
