Job Title: Sales Manager Queensland

">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our QLD customer accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships with major QLD customers, including underground Coal Mines.
  • Provide exceptional account management, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with the Director Sales ANZ and other ANZ sales team members to share market information, collaborate on national customer accounts, and promote new products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing of industrial products.
  • Proven key account management skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering results.

  • Be computer literate in MS Office 360 and willing to learn and use SAP, Salesforce, OMIS, OPUS, and other internal systems.
  • Travel frequently within the sales territory of QLD, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Bowen Basin coal mines, elsewhere in QLD, and Australia as needed.
