Service Operations Manager

About the Role
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on geographic location, skills, and urgency of service requests.
  • Monitor real-time field activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer needs and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
  • Communicate job details, including location, customer contact information, and service requirements, to service technicians accurately and promptly.
  • Optimize routes and schedules to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency, reducing operational costs where possible.
