Field Sales Leader
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading brewery as a Field Sales Manager, where you will play a critical role in leading a high-performing team across Victoria. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring area managers, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the team to drive state-based initiatives.
You will have a strong focus on both on and off-premise channels, with a solid understanding of the landscapes. Your proven experience in coaching and mentoring diverse teams will be essential, along with the ability to identify blind spots, unlock commercial opportunities, and lead by example in the field.
You will be comfortable using data to inform decisions, manage budgets, and contribute to state P&L outcomes, while also being highly effective in customer-facing environments. A flexible, empathetic leadership style paired with strong commercial acumen and a readiness to engage with customers outside standard hours will be key to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a Field Sales Manager or similar leadership position within the FMCG or alcohol sector. You will have a solid understanding of the on- and off-premise landscapes, with particular strength or interest in developing on-premise relationships.
Proven experience coaching and mentoring diverse teams, combined with a genuine passion for the beer or beverage industry, will set you apart.
