As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as a floor manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Able to interpret and use data to inform business decisions.
