Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

As the Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering transformation strategies that support our goals. You will distill complex information into actionable insights, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and embed best practices through targeted training and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering transformation strategies to support our goals
  • Translating complex concepts into clear and concise communications
  • Fostering stakeholder engagement and embedding best practices through targeted training and education
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate transformation activities into project plans
  • Maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and communicating transformation initiatives

To be successful, you will bring over five years of experience in transformation, preferably within IT or a related field. You will have strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
