- Respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and support a team of Club Attendants.
- Conduct daily departmental briefings and provide input for regular team meetings.
- Lead and develop the team through on-boarding, training and development.
The role requires a refined, personable and knowledgeable individual who can work closely with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
You will be proactive, meticulous and curious, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Key Performance Indicators:We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve desired results through key performance indicators associated with guest and colleague satisfaction.
You will have excellent guest relations, problem-solving and time management skills, and ideally have a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera.
Candidates must also have ongoing availability to work rostered across 7 days a week, anytime between 6am and 10pm including weekends and public holidays.
