Job Description

Deliver exceptional resident experiences in a beautiful, modern care home.

Work close to home and avoid the traffic by working in a beachside location.

This part-time leadership role is ideal for those who want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents in coordinating and managing their day to enable them to spend leisure time doing activities they love.
  • Manage the activities team to ensure a variety of innovative activities are delivered, aligned with residents' interests.
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring the presentation of front-of-house areas is maintained.
  • Ensure the dining experience delights residents and encourages socialising and connection with others.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you will have previous experience in hospitality, guest service, aged care, client service, or event management roles.

You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a desire to provide outstanding, premium service to our residents and their families.
