Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and handling their luggage
  • Providing information on hotel facilities and services
  • Assisting with guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving heavy luggage
