Job Title: Club InterContinental Teamleader
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Club InterContinental Teamleader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise
- Supervise and support a team of Club Attendants
- Conduct daily departmental briefings and provide input for regular team meetings
- Play an integral part in leading and developing the team through on-boarding, training and development
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have ambition, talent and key skills to excel in this position.
