
IT Technical Service Support Specialist

About the Role
The technical service support professional is responsible for effectively managing all incidents, service requests, and tasks escalated to the national support queue.
They will ensure timely issue resolution in alignment with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain software environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365 platforms.
- Coordinate IT onboarding processes for new employees, including provisioning and physical distribution of assets.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 27001 protocols and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Perform service restoration and troubleshooting using Intune and other diagnostic tools.
- Deliver high-quality technical support to all staff members, including executives and VIPs.
- Provide both hands-on and remote support for laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
- Create, update, and maintain clear and user-friendly technical knowledge base articles.
- Leverage generative AI to enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
- Maintain daily on-site presence to support operational needs.
