Yard Hand / Vehicle Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Yard Hand / Vehicle Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet, including cleaning, fueling, and maintaining vehicles.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with vehicles and has strong communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality service.

About the Role
  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and ready for use.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles to and from various locations.
  • Assist stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Full drivers licence(valid to drive in Australia)
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our South Melbourne Hub
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
