Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding associates, maintaining HR systems, and conducting valued onboarding inductions.

About This Role

This is a newly created position that offers a strong focus on administration support and end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with the Assistant HR Manager to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and contribute to the hotel's overall success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Recruitment Process: Assist the Assistant HR Manager with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions for new and departing associates, maintaining accurate records and completing necessary documentation.
  3. HR System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain HR systems, including Talent Management and the internal Talent database, to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  4. Onboarding Inductions: Conduct valued onboarding inductions to welcome new associates and make their first day special, setting them up for success in their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A natural ability to authentically connect with people and build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivation by your purpose and a can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
  • Prior experience in a generalist Human Resources role and relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
  • High attention to detail and impeccable problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to administrative tasks.
