About the Role

Join our team focused People & Culture department as an HR Administrator and help make a difference. Support our HR team with recruitment, compliance, database management, and general queries in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build HR experience and grow your organisational and interpersonal skills.

This role is also responsible for:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Providing advice and support to internal departments
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assisting with employee life-cycle activities
  • Documentation template development
  • Assisting with process improvement tasks and projects

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be customer focussed with strong administration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees and managers, both in writing and verbally.

Our ideal candidate will also:

  • Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Be proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems.
  • Be familiar with recruitment and administration processes.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using an HR Information System and working in a compliance focused environment is highly desirable.

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
