
HR Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual with expertise in human resources principles and practices to work within our small team.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills and relevant qualifications, who is looking for a supportive start to their career in HR.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding Management: Managing recruitment portfolios, comprising of advertising, interviewing and facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
- Employee Documentation and Administration: Preparing and processing contracts, contract variations, resignation letters and other HR related correspondence under guidance from the HR Team.
- Probation and Parental Leave Coordination: Coordinating probation and parental leave processes for the organization.
- Compliance and Data Management: Maintaining employee data records, including new starter documentation and training attendance.
- HR Task Coordination: Taking sole responsibility for coordination of staff uniforms, annual staff surveys and exit questionnaires.
- HR Policy and Projects: Contributing to HR policy and project work as requested, ensuring compliance.
A degree or diploma in Human Resources - Recruitment experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Quick thinking, enthusiastic, ready to take on challenges in a dynamic workplace, Articulate, high attention to detail and accuracy, Clear understanding of confidentiality requirements, Demonstrated time management skills, Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, Prioritizing tasks effectively and working under pressure, Proficient computer literacy skills i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet, A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving, Good sense of humour and can-do attitude would be highly regarded.
