About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide administrative support to ensure seamless contract execution
  • Process and track timesheets, expenses, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, including training, inductions, and new starters/leavers
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assist in compiling contract review packs and attending monthly meetings
  • Order materials, parts, and PPE as required
  • Plan maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors
  • Support the Work Order Specialist in planning and scheduling works
  • Drive performance through direct engagement with the engineering team and service partners
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in facilities management or a related industry
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role, with managerial experience
  • Flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time
