The role entails pricing, executing and managing crypto derivatives trades encompassing options, loan/borrow and structured products, catering directly to client flows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute client-driven derivatives trades across options and structured products
  • Price trades, monitor positions, and manage execution risk
  • Support delta-hedging and other risk-neutral strategies under the Trading Head
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management
  • Analyze market trends and volatility surfaces to support pricing opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in derivatives trading with a focus on crypto options execution
  • Strong grasp of options Greeks and crypto volatility markets
  • Familiarity with platforms like Deribit, CME, Paradigm, Fireblocks, major exchanges, and OTC workflows
  • Experience managing portfolios, running P&L, and monitoring exposures
  • Comfort in fast-paced execution environments
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Python or quantitative skills
