Crypto Customer Service Specialist

About the Job- We are seeking a proactive customer service representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers via various channels, including support ticketing systems, live chat, and phone calls (inbound and outbound).
The ideal candidate will be a driven team player with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have experience working with crypto trades, account transfers, and customer deposits, as well as assisting customers throughout the onboarding process.
Daily Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Contact new customers via phone for onboarding screening and new account setup.
- Support accounts with customer payments and conduct authentication reviews and reporting.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure seamless integration and adherence to regulatory requirements.
