The role of Premium Services Host is crucial in fostering strong relationships with valued guests. As an expert in loyalty programs, you will be responsible for promoting member benefits and addressing guest inquiries across all areas of our business.

This fast-paced position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests. You will be hands-on and responsive to guest needs at all times.

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of gaming promotions and services
  • Utilizing multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
  • Assisting in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws
  • Promoting Safer Gambling & Monitoring the Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Supporting the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members
