Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, appearance, and conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (an advantage).
