Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable holiday experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a restaurant, cafe, or bistro environment, or previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to maintain high standards in work, appearance, and conduct.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (an advantage).
