
Administrative Support Specialist

This role focuses on delivering high-quality administration support to the Accounts Team.
The successful candidate will provide essential services to the group, ensuring seamless operations.
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices using automated workflow systems
- Prepare and process supplier and subcontractor payments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and payment approval processes
- Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships, resolving any queries or issues that arise
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements, maintaining data integrity
- Manage the supplier and subcontractor database effectively
- Credit card reconciliations and employee expense reimbursement processing
- Support month-end closing processes and reporting requirements
Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a high-volume accounts payable role, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
A motivated individual with attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to work under deadlines is required for this position.
Desirable candidates will have CAAPS experience and familiarity with Pronto.
