Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, handle sensitive information with discretion, and contribute to a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception services, handling inquiries and correspondence with courtesy and respect.
- Support clinicians and team members with administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment management, and report preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Contribute to finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
