
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Team, with a focus on delivering exceptional Accounts Payable services.
This role involves:
- Assisting with the processing of Accounts Payable invoices using an automated workflow system;
- Preparing and processing Supplier and Subcontractor payments;
- Complying with internal controls and payment approval processes;
- Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries;
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and supplier statements;
- Maintenance and data integrity management of the Supplier and Subcontractor database;
- Credit card reconciliations and processing of employee expense reimbursements;
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reporting;
To succeed in this role, you will require strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role is essential, as is familiarity with Pronto.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role with strong customer service skills;
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities;
- Familiarity with Pronto or similar accounting software;
