Job Title:

Mental Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in risk assessments, crisis intervention, case formulation, medication management, and additional support services.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with other professionals to deliver evidence-based care to patients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough risk assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing ongoing support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
  • A current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia with AHPRA.
  • Credentialing with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN), or a minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
  • At least 2 years' full-time equivalent post graduate work experience in mental health, encompassing comprehensive assessments and delivery of evidence based 'Focussed Psychological Strategies' as per the Medicare Schedule in the last 5 years.
  • A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
