Key Role for Mental Health Services

The role is crucial in supporting mental health services at Armadale and Gosnells, WA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and delegate duties of caregiver caseloads for self and supervised caregivers.
  • Promote professional values and ethics in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrate consolidated knowledge of research and evidence-based practices in service mental health programs and related clinical areas.
  • Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to a team, including clinical risk management.
  • Offer mental health services to client groups with complex needs requiring advanced practice skills.
  • Develop initiatives to improve consumer care safety and quality.

About the Position

We seek an experienced mental health professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and current registration or membership.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role within a community-based mental health setting, effective task allocation, and supervision of a multidisciplinary team.

You will bring expertise in delivering individual and group therapy across various mental health presentations and be well-versed in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
