Mental Health Services Manager

Providing mental health support is a vital aspect of our community service. The Mental Health Services Manager will lead a team in delivering immediate assistance to adults in crisis, including their families and carers.
The role involves developing programs that meet the needs of the community within specific regions, as well as establishing strong partnerships with local stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing clinical and psychosocial programs tailored to the community's needs
- Developing workforce strategies to enhance caregiver attraction and retention
- Ensuring departments and teams achieve accreditation to quality standards
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in mental health or a related field and registration with the relevant professional body. Experience in senior leadership, particularly in program design and development, is also essential.
