We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional with expertise in leadership and therapy to support our Medicare Mental Health services.

Job Description
  • Ensure prioritisation and delegation of duties of caregiver caseloads for self and supervised caregivers.
  • Promote professional values and ethics in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrate consolidated, current knowledge of research, evidence-based practice in service mental health programs and related clinical areas.
  • Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to the team, including clinical risk management.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the safety and quality of consumer care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a community-based mental health setting, including allocating tasks effectively and supervising a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Nursing.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or membership with the appropriate professional association.
Benefits
  • A salary of $132,322 to $141,104 dependant on experience and qualifications, plus 12% superannuation.
