Lead a Mental Health Team with Us

Job Description

Our mental health team provides safe and welcoming spaces for people to access free support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective prioritization and delegation of tasks for caregivers.
  • Maintain professional standards and ethics in practice.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team on risk management and quality improvement.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy across various mental health presentations.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance safety and quality of care for consumers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a leader, demonstrated expertise in delivering therapy, and knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
