Learn To Swim Coach Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learn to Swim coach to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with children in a fun and supportive environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching swimming and enjoys working in a team-based setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver engaging swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in teaching swimming to children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability for shifts
