We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learn to Swim Teachers to join our team. As a member of Donald Swimming, you'll be responsible for teaching children of all ages and skill levels, ensuring they not only learn to swim but also have fun in the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach swimming lessons to children of varying ages and abilities, following our structured curriculum.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages children to enjoy and improve their swimming skills.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each student, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure a high standard of safety and supervision during lessons.
- Maintain strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Be a positive role model and support the overall mission of Donald Swimming.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in teaching swimming (preferably in a learn-to-swim or kids' swimming environment).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Austswim Teacher of swimming and water safety or similar qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for swimming and helping children succeed.
- Availability to work afternoons Monday to Friday, and daytime during school terms.

- Afternoon shift
