Cultural Inclusion Director

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative leader to join our educational community as the Acting Head of Cultural Inclusion.
- This role involves overseeing the English as an Additional Language (EAL) program across all year levels (7–12), ensuring students receive optimal support in their academic journey.
- You will lead curriculum development and administration for Cultural Inclusion, working closely with colleagues to design engaging programs that cater to diverse student needs.
- Your responsibilities will also include managing compliance reporting and providing well-being supports to students, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
- As an ideal candidate, you possess contemporary teaching practices, understanding how students learn best and having knowledge of Australian curriculum frameworks.
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) or eligibility for registration is mandatory.
- You must demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic education and prioritize the safety and well-being of children.
