Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Client Prospecting: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients, and develop strategic plans to target and acquire new business.
- Digital Solutions: Leverage the latest digital tools and technologies to enhance our recruitment services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve our services.
- Results-Driven: Consistently deliver exceptional results, exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth for MVC Resources.
- Continuous Learning: Stay adaptable and committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring you remain at the forefront of industry developments.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, and lead generation.
- Experience in cold calling and telemarketing.
- C2 Level English proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- International client interaction and networking expertise.
- Impressive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
