About the Role:

NHP is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in Victoria and Tasmania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present LifecycleIQ Services solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate and work closely with internal teams, including technology specialists and consultants, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the industrial automation or technology sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of industrial automation, digital transformation, and related technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional ability to understand and address client needs, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
