About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at NHP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present LifecycleIQ Services solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate and work closely with internal teams, including technology specialists and consultants, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the industrial automation or technology sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of industrial automation, digital transformation, and related technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional ability to understand and address client needs, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
