Working in a community housing portfolio, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Our goal is to create safe, secure, and sustainable tenancies for residents.

We believe that everyone deserves a place they can call home. As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of delivering this vision.

Your responsibilities will include supporting residents throughout their housing journey, managing the end-to-end tenancy process, and working collaboratively with support providers to address complex needs and sustain tenancies.

You will also play a key role in promoting inclusive, safe, and welcoming housing environments. This will involve building effective partnerships with external support agencies and safety networks.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will contribute to continuous service improvement aligned with our strategic goals.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or Certificate IV in Community Services and relevant experience.
  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination is also required.
  • A Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption) and Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice) are necessary qualifications for this position.
