Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management services across our portfolio.
  • Develop asset management plans, oversee capital planning, and ensure maintenance aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, optimise resource use, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and systems to enhance asset performance and sustainability.

This role will involve managing a diverse property portfolio, including social and community housing assets, tenancy and maintenance works, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The successful candidate will support capital investment projects and interface with all areas of the organisation to drive improved quality, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager who can lead our team in delivering high standards of property management. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder relationships skills, technical expertise, and business knowledge to drive outcomes.
