Property Portfolio Manager

Roseberry is a non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals and families in need.

The Property Portfolio Manager will oversee a diverse property portfolio, including social and community housing assets, tenancy, and maintenance works. This role will also support capital investment projects to drive improved quality, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency for the asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management and procurement services across the portfolio.
  • Create and execute asset management plans, oversee capital planning, and ensure maintenance aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, optimize resource use, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Establish and refine policies, procedures, and systems to enhance asset performance and sustainability.
  • Manage forecasting and delivery of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance programs.
  • Maximize use of IT programs for property maintenance and forecasting, tenancy management, and reporting.
  • Oversee maintenance programs to ensure facilities remain operationally effective for tenants.
  • Guide, support, and empower property teams to deliver high standards of property management.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, leveraging technical expertise and business knowledge to drive outcomes.
  • Develop long-term strategies for existing and proposed property assets, including maintenance, enhancement, and capital projects.
