Roseberry is committed to enhancing the lives of their tenants through innovative, quality property management practices and community-focused initiatives.We are seeking an experienced Asset and Property Manager to manage a diverse property portfolio, including the social and community housing asset portfolio, tenancy and maintenance works and compliance with relevant standards.
In addition, support of capital investment projects will be a component of this role.The role will interface with all areas of the organisation to drive improved quality, reliability, safety and while of life cost efficient for Roseberry Qld asset portfolioKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of asset management and procurement services across the Roseberry Qld portfolio.Develop and implement asset management plans, oversee capital planning, and ensure maintenance aligns with strategic objectives.Maintain compliance with regulations, optimise resource use, and drive operational efficiencies.Establish and refine policies, procedures, and systems to enhance asset performance and sustainability.Manage the forecasting and delivery of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance programs.Maximise use of IT programs for property maintenance and forecasting, tenancy management and reporting.Oversee maintenance programs and ensure facilities remain operationally effective for tenants.Guide, support, and empower property team to deliver high standards of property management.Build strong stakeholder relationships, leveraging technical expertise and business knowledge to drive outcomes.Developing and implementing long-term strategies for existing and proposed property assets including property maintenance, enhancement, and capital projects to ensure the sustainability and growth of assets and services.Establishing contractual agreements with external service providers and suppliers across the business, tendering, negotiating and managing contracts to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with service levels and budgets across the asset portfolio.About UsRoseberry Qld is a leading non-profit organisation committed to supporting individuals and families in need.
