The Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager who will work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the spark that keeps everything running smoothly – from mentoring staff and merchandising to managing stock and hitting key targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and provide world-class service.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow to their full potential.
  • Evaluate the store environment to ensure it looks its best with stunning displays and a clean environment.
  • Develop strategies to manage inventory effectively, keeping products stocked while minimizing losses.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with customers, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on new ideas and improvements to keep raising the bar.
