Your Role

The Store Manager role will be responsible for leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers, ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time, and embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring customer service excellence
  • Developing and implementing operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance
  • Championing the voice of the donor

Requirements

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
  • Strong leadership potential and good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
