Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for mentoring staff, managing stock, and collaborating on new ideas to keep raising the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and provide world-class service.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow to their full potential.
  • Ensure the store looks its best with stunning displays and a clean environment.
  • Manage inventory to keep products stocked and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate on new ideas and improvements to drive business growth.

  • Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A strong communicator with leadership skills that inspire collaboration and growth.
  • A passion for BBQs and outdoor entertaining with a drive to create amazing customer experiences.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed.
