About the Role

At Wormald Security, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This key role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our integrated security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the integrated security solutions domain.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated security solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the security industry.
  2. Strong understanding of integrated security solutions, including IP video, access control, and intrusion detection.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  5. Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales growth, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
